The West Branch Creative Arts Association and the Fourth Street Gallery cordially invite you to experience our annual flagship event: the 2026 Fine Art Show.

Each year, this exhibition serves as a dynamic mirror of our region, bringing together a diverse collection of works from Northern Michigan’s most talented creators. From breathtaking landscapes to innovative contemporary pieces, the show celebrates the unique voices, dedication, and magnificent skill thriving right here in our community.

Exploring the 2026 Theme: Glass

Art has a unique power to alter how we look at the world. This year, our creators were challenged to explore an optional creative prompt: Glass.

As a material and a concept, glass demands an intricate understanding of transparency, reflection, fragile strength, and the behavior of light. Visitors will be treated to an extraordinary variety of interpretations. Watch how our regional artists play with form, capture subtle refractions, and push the boundaries of their respective mediums—whether through traditional oil paintings, brilliant watercolors, intricate digital works, or physical sculpture.
